Services

Mobilitas SpA uses this site to offer on-line services which allow users to play location based games. In order to do this users may create an account and input personal data. The services contracted may only be used strictly for legal purposes.

Mobilitas SpA will save the data linked to the account.

Our Privacy Statement forms an integral part of the current terms of use.

Loss of data

Mobilitas SpA will not be held responsible for any loss of data in the server caused by users, problems with the system or software updates.

Prohibitions of Use

The user agrees that s/he will not:

• Provide false or incomplete information (including electronic addresses).
• Break any local or international law through or by use of the service.
• Molest or offend people through or by use of the service.
• Use any robot, spider or any other automatic device or manual process to control or copy any of the contents of this service.
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, resell or exploit for commercial purposes any part of the Service, use of the service or access to the service.

Mobilitas SpA reserves the right to deny or interrupt services contracted by the user with or without prior notification if the user incurs in any behaviour or activity which Mobilitas SpA consider an abuse or violation of any of the terms expressed herein, with or without prior warning and will not be held responsible for any consequences as a result of this. Accounts cancelled as a result of a violation of these terms will not be reimbursable.

Cancellation of the Service

In order to cancel a service, the user must send a mail to mailto:support@ikwest.com, indicating her/his username and the service contracted.

Modifications to the service

Mobilitas SpA reserves the right to modify or temporarily or permanently interrupt the service or any part of same with or without prior warning. Mobilitas SpA will not be held responsible to the user or any third party for any modification, suspension or interruption of the service.
